STOLEN RIG UPDATE

The G2 transporter reported stolen on Aug. 3, was found abandoned on the side of a road in Omaha but the contents were missing. Team co-owner George Bryce says the Pro Stock Bike team is offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the culprits. Chip Ellis, rider for the team, had parked the rig at an Omaha hotel the night before and it was gone when he got up the next morning. [8-5-2005]

The Agent got a chance to see and photograph the nearly finished mold for Larry Jeffers' trick '71 Cuda body. As you can see from these photos this is a very trick and aero body and Jeffers let us know that the body and front end has been stretched to give it the maximum allowable front fender overhang. He is even considering making a nostalgia funny car body as well as a Pro Mod body if there is enough interest. The first bodies are about a month away and Jeffers told the Agent it will be first come first serve unless people want to start sending deposits to be first in line. Contact Larry Jeffers at 636-671-2727 and tell him Agent 1320 sent ya. [8-5-2005]
