Steve Triona came off the line Saturday in the left lane and by the time he cam by the tree he was headed hard righ. He hipped the end of the scoreboard, crossed the centerline and into the path of a late-leaving Dale Watson. Triona hit Watson and tore the glass noses off both cars. Triona stopped just short of hitting the guardrail while Watson stopped about 600 feet with a trail of fiberglass covering the track.
