Jim Halsey won his first Pro Nitrous event in just his second ADRL appearance.

Chip King was running his ’69 Daytona in IHRA-legal trim, but still managed to qualify 7th in Pro Extreme with a 3.93-seconds pass. King ran another 3.93 in the opening round of eliminations, but fell to the 3.90 of ADRL regular Joe Baker.

Scruggs went 3.809 seconds at 200.86 mph in his first qualifying pass on Saturday. 

LEFT: Not satisfied to sit on his laurels after becoming the first to 200, Jason Scruggs made the quickest and fastest pass in doorslammer history in his semi-final win over Quain Stott. Proving it was no fluke, Scruggs had already gone 203.12 and 205.13 mph in his two previous elimination rounds.
