Over the weekend rookie Nitro Nostalgia Funny Car pilot Leah Pruett was at the Strip at Las Vegas making the runs necessary to complete her upgraded licensing for competition this season. Saturday afternoon provided another test for Leah as an engine fireball gave her a dose of what all funny car drivers might expect at sometime. She got the car stopped with only minor damage and was uninjured in the Pruett & Leggitt “Heartbreaker” Mustang
