Nope, don’t think this is repairable. Craig instantly got on his cell phone and called the road hazard insurance as we had no spare. No one was available or at least they did not call back, so he started to call friends and relatives in Tucson. Finally he got ahold of a tire repair place and had them bring two tires, ‘cause when one goes, so goes the other.
Our hero arrives with fresh tires! Finally after five hours broken down on the side of the road we got the tire fixed and were on the road again, making the trip from Vegas to Tucson in approximately 14 hours. I’m sure sometime in the future this will all seem hilarious but then all drag racing “road trips” eventually turn out to be that way, don’t they?
