Each year the Mooneyes folks have an end of the year drag race and car show. This year’s event at Irwindale, Calif., was better attended than in the past couple of years. In fact, there were so many cars that ace photographer James Drew was kept busy for hours shooting the vehicles and missed the model contest! He was as disappointed as you probably are and promises to pay more attention to the schedule next year. In the meantime, enjoy the cars. We’ll have a look at the Chevy and Mopar show cars and some more drag cars in the next issues of Max.Chevy.com and MoparMax.com, respectively.
