NOSTALGIA SUPER STOCK

There were a variety of vintage cars for the 442 Motorsports Nostalgia Super Stock class including Ford, Chrysler and Chevrolet models.

Bob Fort Jr. from Collegeville, PA, was at the wheel of a 1964 Plymouth Belvedere and rose to the top, getting the win in the final round with a 9.503/137.37 on a 9.50 dial (.031 RT). Runner-up was Kevin Grasson from Olney, MD, who ran 10.218/131.28 on a 10.20 dial (.109 RT) in his ’64 Dodge Polara.

TOP ET

Donna Nelson’s ’72 Vega was the Top ET winner, wading through a class of 54. The Valley Lee, MD, driver combined a .015 Reaction Time with a 9.437 ET on a 9.40 dial-in to defeat John Ziakias from Purcellville, VA, whose ’70 Monte Carlo ran a break-out 8.549 on an 8.55 dial with a .018 RT.
