With only seven floppers, Mike Halstead got a second round bye run of 6.047 ET at 240.77 MPH to once again lead the pack with Jack Wright improving to 6.180 ET at 227.73.  Halstead in the “Nitro Angel” would meet Jack Wright’s “Joker” in the final round.
