D/GAS saw #1 Qualifier Mark Kirby take the win over 2010 Champion Josh Conrad with a .052, 10.631 over Conrad’s .032 10.664. The 2011 championship goes to Alan Ross.

E/GAS has been the James Brown show of late and he didn’t let off at the finals either, taking the win over 2010 Champ Dustin Lee .016, 11.637 to .018, 11.637. Talk about a close race! Jacob King held off Matt Miyashiro to win the 2011 E/GAS championship.

SPORTSMAN came down to #2 in points, Bill Smith Jr., and Matt Miyashiro. Smith had a stellar .012 but Miyashiro (near lane) went .000 perfect and was looking good, but at the stripe it was Smith taking the win 10.568 on 10.55 dial over Miyashiro’s 11.594 on 11.50 dial. Mark Simonion is the 2011 Sportsman champ.

OPEN COMP was a three-car battle for the 2011 championship between Alan Ross, Scott Evans and Michael Boss. It looked like it was going to be a wide-open battle when Ross had problems with his car and it seemed he wouldn’t be able to make eliminations. This would have put Evans in a perfect spot to catch up in the points. Ross got the car fixed just in time for eliminations, but he lost the first round giving Evans a shot at the title.
