Dan Myers of Ramona, Calif., drove his ’69 Camaro to the final-round win over Tim Krupa’s ’73 Corvette out of Valencia, Calif. Myers got a .023 to .131 advantage off the line and ran 5.958 at 250.37 mph to Krupa’s 6.672/229.82.

Myers got the win in the first round over an off-pace John Scialpi and was handed the second-round win by a red-lighting Jeremy Hanger.

Rob Moore gave away the first-round win to Krupa, as did Michael Henry in the second round.

In the semifinal, Krupa got a .024 to .089 holeshot on Mike Maggio, which proved to be the difference as Maggio’s ’68 Camaro ran a quicker 5.772 at 257.33 mph to Krupa’s 5.794/250.09.
