Nostalgia Alcohol Funny Cars were also on the agenda for the Fox Hunt. Todd Swinford, driving Jeff Dykes’ beautiful Photo Op 280ZX funny car, took the win over Greg Howland in the Zeus funny car.

The Dykes team have done a wonderful job in putting this car together. The body on the Photo Op car is one of the only 280ZX bodies still in existence. The chassis of the car is an ex-Tom McEwen, Tony Casarez lay down car. Dykes hit the nail on the head when it comes to having a nostalgia funny car.

The double/double award goes to Sean Shaffer who took the titles in both Super Pro and in the Sled/Bike class.

On a closing in Fox Eliminator Melissa Jarboe took the crown over a very hard charging Linda Rowland.

The capacity crowd got a great show, great racing, and seemingly everybody went home with a packet of Jelly Belly’s from Ed Jones, and a smile on their faces.
