The twin turboed, Hemi-powered 2003 Ford Mustang of Zoran Gajic started slipping and a sliding just off the line on this Sunday afternoon pass. As he went past the tree the rear end stepped out and he found himself at almost ninety degrees to the center stripe. The car proceeded to cross the centerline and head directly for the right hand wall where I was standing. Somehow he managed to straighten the car and the right fender missed the wall by a coat of paint – exciting stuff. (Jon Van Daal photo)
