FIA Top Methanol Dragster

Four cars were due to contest Top Methanol Dragster, at least according to the entry list, but with the Habermann brothers not appearing at the track it was left to the BSG duo of Jonny Lagg and Stefan Gunnarsson to represent the class, but Gunnarsson didn't manage to complete a lap thanks to a failed steering arm in the first session, focusing on his TFD entry in the second and leaving before the tree ran in the third and final session. Lagg managed a mid five in the third session to record his only representative number for the event.

Top Doorslammer

Rimbert Vahlstrom

FIA Pro Stock and Pro Mod, with some obvious exceptions, were overshadowed to an extent by the bumper Top Doorslammer field (featuring a number of former Pro Mod standouts including past FIA champions Urban Johansson and Mikael Lindahl). The eighth mile class was headed up in qualifying by Adam Flamholc with a 3.7742 from his Viper and Rimbert Vahlström on a 3.7809 from the Bankrobber Corvette; this pairing bringing the final qualifying session to a spectacular conclusion as the first dip into the 3.7s for the class in Europe. Eliminations delivered some fantastic side-by-side numbers, with Flamholc and Vahlström due to be joined in the semi-finals by Jonas Malmqvist and Lindahl.
