Brown, DeJoria get first wins of the season

Alexis DeJoria got her first win of the year, but the third consecutive win in a nitro class for a woman.

Defending Top Fuel world champion Antron Brown raced to his first victory of the season Sunday, April 3, at the DENSO Spark Plugs NHRA Nationals. Alexis DeJoria (Funny Car) and Jason Line (Pro Stock) also were winners at The Strip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway in the fourth of 24 NHRA Mello Yello Drag Racing events.
