The MANCUP sanction will once again be home to Top Fuel motorcycle drag racing this year in 2016. Korry Hogan aboard the ATF-1 bike will be out to beat his 255-mph world record this year.

The IDBL has expanded their racing series to six events this season, up from five events in 2015. With their highly experienced staff and running five races for IDBL in-house on their own home track at MIR, and with one race at Atco, the IDBL has a rock solid drag racing series with a full complement of experienced staff to run it.

When it comes to growth and numbers in motorcycle drag racing, the IDBL, or International Drag Bike League, formerly known as the MIROCK sanction, is a number cruncher's dream. Their home at the MIR facility in Budds Creek, MD, is just the berries if you ask nine out of nine motorcycle drag racers. Jason Miller, the hub of the wheel at MIR, has his track staff running like a record setting Pro Mod. It's the only way they operate. There may be racing facilities that run as well as MIR, but I dare say none run better.

It was great to see in 2015, that the IDBL brought in the Top Fuel bikes for exhibition entertainment. Larry "Spiderman" McBride and Dave Vantine entertained the fans at three events last year and will be booking in again this season for three more. At the moment, the MANCUP sanction is the only racing sanction that has a championship points season for Top Fuel, four cylinder motorcycles in the USA.

In referencing the class of Top Fuel bikes and sanctions, the NHRA Harley Davidson Drag Racing Series, the AMRA and the IHRA Drag Racing Series are the other sanctions offering a home to the world's fastest and quickest motorcycles, albeit the two cylinder ones.
