MASTER-LINE CUSTOM STEEL & ALUMINUM DRIVESHAFTS

Highly respected driveline components manufacturer Mark Williams Enterprises offers racers and performance enthusiasts custom-made steel or aluminum driveshafts as part of the firm’s economical new MasterLine series.

The MasterLine driveshafts are available in 3.000" x .083" wall mild steel, 3.500" x .125" and 4.000" x .125" aluminum tubing (6061 alloy), and include Spicer 1350-series U-joints and an M-W 4340 billet steel transmission yoke.

Each driveshaft is custom-made to the customer’s desired length, using special fixtures that ensure proper weld yoke phasing for vibration-free operation. The driveshaft and yoke assembly is electronically balanced to the desired operating speeds (up to 10,000 RPM) using a highly sophisticated computer-controlled device that simulates actual conditions (operating angles, loading, etc.).
