TFC INSTALLATION

The TFC system and B&M cooler before installation. The high pressure lines were fabricated by Orme Brothers, Inc. Custom sheet metal brackets were also custom fabbed for installation on the Camaro.

An B&M oil cooler was mounted up on the radiator with supplied thru-mount hardware.

A few 1/2 inch NPT fittings in the stock locations on the trans and cooler made installing the custom pressure lines a snap.

Next came the custom brackets to give the TFC a factory-perfect home.

It's not a bad idea to add some teflon tape to all fittings to stop leaks before they start. This port can also be used as a drain, or a temperature gauge fitting.

Inlet to inlet, outlet to outlet.

With the TFC and cooler in place, it's time to button the Camaro back up and head out to the track. The system allowed for an additional 3.5 quarts of ATF.
