FORCE LETTER #9

I feel so much like you read my mind when you mentioned the Force show. I have a VCR set for two shows tonight, and these may be my last two, we will see. My wife thought Force was great, now she seems put off by him, could it be his humorous comment about licking his ass and getting drunk after the beer spill? I do believe you hit the nail on the head! It was better when we didn't know!

As to NHRA and Pro Mod, I said it from the beginning, NHRA would never do them justice.

Thanks for doing what you do, I appreciate it!

FORCE LETTER #10

I have never watched one minute of any reality show, unless Overhaulin’ counts. My term for all the Driving Force, Survivor's and the rest of their ilk is BullShit Television.

FORCE LETTER #11

I have watched the John Force TV show both weeks now, and I have questions. Is Robert Hight John’s son-in-law? Did he marry one of John’s daughters?  Which one did he marry? I thought that Ashley was single.  John has said all throughout 4 shows that he has three daughters. If there is a fourth daughter who is married to Robert Hight, how can she handle a relationship where her father goes on national television each week, and does not even acknowledge her existence? I hope that John saves some money for therapy for the poor thing.

Ollie Volpe

Robert Hight is married to John’s oldest daughter Adria, from his first marriage. She works for John Force Racing.  –Ed.

FORCE LETTER #12

Just Wondering...Why Jeff doesn’t get the whole John Force thing. Luckily the sponsors do. The reason that John is so popular and even loved by some fans is "because" of his

flaws. The fans identify withJohn and all his warts because everyone has them. In this politically correct world people embrace John as being real and willing to take the risk to show it. Just like that other John in golf. As many people follow Daly around the course as follow the world’s number one for exactly the same reasons. He does extraordinary things and is human.

Funny, this letter reads like something that Jeff would might have written....hmmm.

FORCE LETTER #13, OR IT’S A JOKE, DAVE

Hey Burk. I agree with you about the Force TV show. Sure, it's theatre but do we need this? I don't; if I wanted to hear whining I'd have stayed working for (Dave) Wallace..............

FORCE LETTER #14

Right on! I watched about 10 minutes of episode #1 and I turned it off for exactly the reasons you cited. John should be embarrassed if he let some TV producer convince him that this shit would be good for the sport.
