It was a double-breakout in the 9.60 Quick Street final, with Chris Biggerstaff’s ’68 Camaro getting the nod over James Caruso’s ’62 Nova. Biggerstaff ran 9.368 with a .081 reaction time while Caruso ran 9.549 with a .059 r.t.  (James Drew photo)

There were some big-time racers and engine builders at this PSCA event helping their customers. Ex NHRA Pro Stock racer Joe Lepone was helping Richard Klann and the “Motown Missile” along with Tim Henry’s Firebird with Pat Musi on hand helping both teams as these two teams were parked side by side so all the crews could work together.
