Josh Hernandez, wheeling the Jim Oddy-tuned, camo-clad, National Guard ‘57 Chevy ran a 3.801/199.58 lap only to lose to Mike Janis, who recorded a personal best ET of 3.74 at 200.71 mph.

And if that weren’t enough drama for doorslammer fans, Shannon Jenkins, driving for the Al-Anabi team, doubled up, winning both the Martin and Topeka Pro Nitrous finals to become the winningest drive in ADRL history with seven national event wins passing Josh Hernandez who is second on the list with six “Minutemen” on his trophy shelf.
