Despite running a superb 5.50 in testing Steve Ham had a few problems in qualifying and only made it in at the last moment before going all the way to the semi finals in Top Alcohol.

Just making the Top Doorlammer field was hard enough but a tardy light in the semi-finals of the bracket saw Steve Stanic bow out.

At this point in the Top Alcohol Final two things have occurred – Aaron Hambridge (near lane) has red lighted and Debbie Reed is wheelstanding her way into the wall giving the former the win on the first or worst rule.
