Standout sportsman racer Dan Fletcher of Churchville, N.Y., made two final-round appearances at Pacific Raceways, taking the win in Super Stock and scoring runner-up points in Stock Eliminator. In Super Stock Joe Sorensen of Woodburn, Ore., handed Fletcher the win with a red light. In Stock Eliminator Fletcher fell to Corona Del Mar, Calif., racer Doug Lambeck. All four racecars in the Super Stock and Stock Eliminator finals were ’69 Camaros.

Michael Dalrymple, Sunnyside, Wash., earned the win in Super Comp, beating out Ed Hauter, Lynnwood, Wash., with an 8.899/172.43 to Hauter’s 8.868/167.49.	Mike Shannon, Kelowna, B.C., won in Super Gas, his 9.921/151.31 ousting veteran racer Mike Ferderer (shown), Buckley, Wash., with a 9.953/166.44.

In Super Street, Gary Ericksen, Vancouver, Wash., grabbed the win in his Mustang over Seattle’s Steve Beggerly with a 10.920/133.50 to a 10.920/143.22 for Beggerly’s Pontiac Firebird.
