The final round was a rematch from the first Outlaw All-Stars race with Webster and Johnson paired up. Johnson left first and the pair were running down the track side by side until both started moving towards the center line with Johnson finally crossing it and receiving a disqualification.

In the 14.00 index eliminator, a pair of Fox Mustangs lined up. Jeremy Davis (above) took out Jerry Thornbough in a holeshot.

In 13.00 index action GIR HS coordinator Paul Hagen (above) took the win in his 1999 Formula Firebird over Craig Powell in a double breakout race. The difference between the two cars at the stripe was just five thousandths of a second. Upon exiting the car after the win Hagen pronounced, “I’m a proud graduate of the Bret Kepner Drag Racing School!”
