Aitken took the Top Sportsman final with a solo pass, as opponent Carl Spiering  (above) of Jordan Station, Ont., could not make the final round. Spiering, who qualified number one in the 16-car field, bested Paul Martin of Breslau, Ont., Tom Stuart of Blenheim, Ont., and Tibor Bogar of Dorchester, Ont. Aitken eliminated Darren Grubb of Pine River, Ont., Ben Grevers of Paris, Ont., and Gerry Hishon of Sebringville, Ont.

Darrin Grubb leads the Quick 32 Sportsman Series Championship Point Award Series standings with 628 and Michael Kalin in second with 612 points. In third is Jamie Bridge with 609 points, fourth is Tim Martin with 587 points, and Carl Spiering is fifth with 579 points.

Spencer Hyde, Kevin Wicke, T.J. Schippling, Mike Wagg & Dave Bell, Mitch Elliott, Todd Hope, Lisa Spiering, Michael Hinbest, Scott Wildgust, Melanie Simmons, Darryl McMillen and James Lichty round out the top seventeen teams.
