Jim Hartley's Scared Straight Tachi Palace-sponsored AA/FA FC has just had a makeover from blown Chevy to a Steve Faria nitro Hemi. Mike Halstead will be driving. The car has been set up for fuel altered and nostalgia funny car but will be run as an alky funny car in the newly created PAFCA 6.80 funny car class on the west coast as well as a few Top Eliminator and Altered races. Nitro in the tank is in the very near future.

Here is Mike Musgrove’s new 2010 Rich Gebhardt Pro Cars-built RED. He plans to run it in NHRA Super Comp as well as local bracket races. Paint was done by Lincoln County Rods in Troy, MO. with true fire graphics by Koby LeBlount at KCL Creations in O’Fallon, MO.

Power is from an in-shop built 405" SBC sporting GM Performance Parts Heads and block with internals from Howards Rods, JE Pistons, Crane Cams, Fuel system by Aeromotive with a Quick Fuel Q950A carb. Wheels are from Mickey Thompson. Musgrove will continue to run his tried and VERY tested ‘34 Chevy Roadster in NHRA Super Gas.
