ADRL Race at VMP is Historic

For the first time this season ADRL’s Extreme 10.5 class had a full 16-car field. In fact, they had 18 cars entered in XTF so there was some bumping during qualifying, much to the delight of the crowd. This race also marked the return of XTF super-star Bill Glidden with his former Pontiac GXP-bodied chassis now sporting a spanking new Mustang body.

There were also a few regulars missing, most noticeably Chicago racer Spiro Pappas, who had to pass on attending this race to see his daughter’s ballet recital (A tip of Burk’s hat to Spiro for getting his priorities straight).
