Riesterer posted another 4.0 pass to win over Green, who got sideways off the line.

Smith came out on top of the staging duel with Cruce with neither driver wanting to turn on the bottom stage light then both having late lights when they were surprised by how quickly the tree came on. Smith .183 RT coupled with a 3.924/188.70 took the win over Cruce’s .344 and 4.220/169.83.

This set up an all LenMar-sponsored car finals.

Smith’s “Bounty Hunter” Cuda took the win over Riesterer’s “Mad Scientist” Camaro. Although Riesterer was off the line with a .176 RT to Smith’s .241, Smith’s 3.919 at 190.81 mph made up the difference as Riesterer clocked a 4.031 at 181.57.
