Rick Huffman's Camaro (far lane) got a squeaker with a margin of victory of 0.0211 seconds (approximately 4 feet) to take his first Super Street win in his second final round. He was runner-up here in 2005. Huffman’s 10.914 at 139.93 mph just got past Buddy Wood, also driving a Camaro, at 10.961/137.71.

Top Sportsman also saw a double-breakout final as Bob Gulitti picked up his first national event win. On a 7.20 dial-in his Pontiac Firebird  ran 7.194/191.78 to defeat Earl Folse’s Camaro, which ran 6.609/208.91 on a 6.63 dial. This photo is of Gulitti (far lane) and Mike Cobb in the semifinal round.
