The new car made its debut at the Cannonball, a fox hunt style race – only tougher! Cars make three passes with the two low aggregate ET’s going to the finals. This year the race was sponsored for the first time by Budweiser as part of a major campaign to win more of the UK beer market.

After backing up rapidly both drivers barked nitro fired challenges across the strip -  a 3.35 clip from Time Travel DVD #39 Mainly fuel coupe burnouts plus this race and a couple other] as the cars dry hopped towards the startline before moving into stage with fans up on their feet…

Owen Hayward got a slight holeshot in Houndog, the two fuel coupes thundering side-by-side deep into the quarter mile with Budweiser power taking Harlan past at the top end to make it into the finals to race the Page’s Panic Monza
