After a couple of years lobbying of the organizing clubs, the 8.50 Bike bracket is rapidly gaining in entries and Phil Bloomfield took the event win at the Summernationals over Dave Batcheler, the latter gaining considerable ground on Mick Winyard in the points and Bloomfield moving into 5th spot. The 9.50 Bike final was contested by two second generation racers with Jake Mechaell emerging victorious with a holeshot coupled to a 9.672/128 to Jemma Venables’s 9.603/139.
