Then it was time to crown the Victory Performance Parts Nostalgia Super Stock Series Champion. Corda and his hard-launching Dart carefully staged next to underdog Beale with the crowd roaring their excitement. In a matter of seconds it was over and I was handing the coveted Gold Cup to Series Champion car owner Dan Driscoll on the starting line while the crowd cheered his driver Beale!

The season was over but none of it would be possible without our sponsors. I am pleased to announce that our Series will expand to six events this year with the addition of races at Bryon Dragway and at the Monster Mopar events in Indy and St. Louis. Of course, we will be back at the World Series of Drag Racing at Cordova.
