Picking up yet another win at the annual Lakefest event, Don Bausher had a tough run in the finals against Tony Scarlatta’s Lucas Oil Shazam. Bausher got two hundredths on Scarlatta as the light went green, then inched out to a margin of .08 at the finish line, or about three feet. Both drivers ran nearly identical 5.40s, but Bausher’s Red Line Oil-sponsored, BAE-powered Cole Hull outran Scarlatta by six hundredths.
