Cary Goforth ran low elapsed time of every round to meet Trevor Eman in the final. Goforth had a slight startling line advantage, and held off Eman’s close 4.16 with his better 4.153.

Ten Pro Extreme Motorcycles fought for the eight spots. Travis Davis qualified number one with a 4.096. In round one, Eric McKinney ran low ET at 4.095, but lost to eventual finalist Ronnie Procopio’s holeshot 4.110. Davis defeated C. Jones and Ashley Owens to meet Procopio in the final.

Procopio had a psychic .005 light, but his 4.19 was no match for Travis Davis’s 4.113.

Sixteen cars qualified for Magnafuel Top Sportsman. John Benoit ran an impressive 3.961 to take the number one spot, but failed to back it up for a new PDRA record when he switched to “bracket mode.” Perpetual threat Ronnie “The King” Davis qualified an uncharacteristic fourth behind Barry Daniluk and Bruce Thrift. Of the top four qualifiers, only Davis made it past round one, but lost in round two.
