Antron Brown reached a milestone 50th win and first in Top Fuel at the Englishtown track about 30 miles from his hometown of Chesterfield, N.J. He won twice at the track in Pro Stock Motorcycle (2002 and 2005).

The 39-year-old Brown, driving for the Matco Tools/U.S. Army team led by crew chiefs Brian Corradi and Mark Oswald, won for the third time in nine events this season and extended their points lead to 118 over DSR teammate Tony Schumacher, who was upset in the first round.

"To do it at my hometown ... I grew up around this racetrack so it means a lot to me. I won here twice in the bikes, and that was like a dream come true. But my biggest dream - the biggest dream - was to be a professional racer out here. You can dream about it but you never know if you ever will.

"To win your 50th time at your home track in front of your family, friends ... you couldn't write a better script. It's a dream come true for this Chesterfield kid."
