Doug Kalitta raced to his second Top Fuel victory of the season Sunday, July 5, at the Summit Racing Equipment NHRA Nationals. Jack Beckman (Funny Car), Greg Anderson (Pro Stock) and Karen Stoffer (Pro Stock Motorcycle) also raced to victories at the event in Norwalk, Ohio, west of Cleveland. The event was the 12th of 24 on the NHRA Mello Yello Drag Racing Series schedule this season.
