Ross Wilson (near lane) was #1 qualifier and set Low ET (8.150) and Top Speed (150.40 mph) with his 2005 Sunfire, but could only manage the runner-up spot. In the NA 10.5 final Bryan Cobbett, driving a 2004 Mustang, got the holeshot win with his .018 RT coupled to an 8.235/165.11 to beat Wilson’s quicker 8.150/166.27 but with a .108 RT. Wilson set Low ET (8.150) and Top Speed (168.37).

In Outlaw 8.5 Anthony Smith, who had set Top Speed at 150.40 mph, drove his ’93 Mustang to the win with a 4.885/150-35 over the 5.004/140.04 for Tim Schackpfeffer’s ’91 Mustang. Erick Aldrich had Low ET of 4.885 in his ’72 Maverick.

Greg Ventura had a perfect .000 light in his ’66 Nova in the final round of Pro Comp, taking the win over Gary Cooke in a ’61 Corvette.

Mark Da Miyashiro’s 1927 Roadster got the Super Quick win with an 8.325/154.44 against 10.526/128.51 for David Butler’s ’74 Vega.

Marvin Roles drove his ’72 Vega to the Quick Street win running 10.191/132.09 against the ’56 210 truck of Trey Sommers that ran 10.287/135.10.
