Top Doorslammer over the eighth has become something of a Scandinavian treat on our visits to Sweden, Rimbert Vahlstrom picking up the series title with his 53 Corvette, but a late season charge from Mattias Wulcan (who we last saw at Tierp heading out on an air ambulance after a severe impact with the wall in June 2015) including being the first to dip into the 3.6s (a 3.696 here in eliminations being a whisker slower than the 3.666 recorded a month or so earlier in Malmo) will have the competition anxious about how low can the Wulcano team go in 2017.
