Welcome back quizsters. The quizmaster has been on sabbatical while his spare liver was being overhauled at the Betty Ford Clinic, but he is back in the saddle and ready to deliver a new quiz.

Since a lot of noise was made recently about Billy Glidden's five-race winning streak and the fact that his dad holds the record for consecutive wins in a professional doorslammer car the subject of this months quiz will be streaks and streakers.

#2 In October 1975 Don Garlits set both ends of the Top Fuel records at 5.63 and 250.69 mph. That turned out to be the longest standing professional performance record in drag racing history.
