UEM Funny Bike Cup

Rikard Gustafsson and the rest of the UEM Funny Bike Cup field have been twiddling their thumbs since their first event in Hungary although Gustafsson clearly wasn’t hanging around in Finland qualifying low with a 6.830, setting top speed with a 6.672/206.37 in the semifinals and a 6.546/197 lighting the win light against Jens Hojan in the final round. It is more than a little disappointing that one of the class acts of European drag bike racing is resigned to minor and fleeting appearances on the UEM stage.
