Ross Racing Triple Index group went to Brian Weber with a 10.606 on a 10.60 dial to Evan Kowalski’s .006 break-out 10.594. Talk about close racing!

Goodyear Open Comp, with ‘something for everybody’ ran until their wheels fell off. The final five voted to split all money and not finish. Good idea, as it was already Monday afternoon.

Accufab Mustang Maddness found local racer Jon Irving marching forward with his ’05 model, until the semifinals that is. There he lost a .05 squeaker to Gary Moreno. The winner was San Francisco’s Sergio Felipe (shown) with an original ’65 model Mustang. His opponent, Gary Moreno broke out by .006.

Brodix Bracket I, another packed eliminator bracket, found a final after seven rounds of racing, when Bob Bundy ran 11.581 on an 11.54 dial with a .022 RT to survive over Scott Carpenter, who ran 11.131 on an 11.05 dial with a .153 RT.

And finally, Calvert Street Muscle was the property of Scott Horsley with a time of 11.61 secconds on an 11.60 dial.

Congratulations to all on a great event!
