What a fantastic place to build an eighth-mile race track -- on the Barona Indian Reservation hidden away in the mountains of Lakeside, California. The scenic views on the way to the track are worth the trip. For the first time in over a decade nitro filled the air in the San Diego county as NHRA reigning Funny Car Champion, Del Worsham, put together this show and outside of Mother Nature it was a “home run”.
