Rogers, Scruggs top Anarchy at the Arch

The Premier Street Car Association held the third annual Street Car Super Nationals (aka "Anarchy at the Arch") at the Gateway Motorsports Park Dragplex in Madison, Ill., on August 27-28.

Jason Scruggs of Saltillo, Miss., scored a $10,000 payday by defeating Brandon Lewis of Broken Arrow, Okla., in the final round of Flying A Outlaw Pro Mod eliminations. To reach the final, Scruggs defeated Jon Stouffer in the first round of eliminations, then trailered Texan Frankie Taylor in the semi-final.
