Topeka moves No Prep Nationals to October

The Agent checked the forecast and NOAA calls for a 20% chance this Friday and Saturday.

Oddy sells ‘Junkyard Dog’ – on to the next car?

A note in the old mayo jar high atop the Phlegm Building penthouse porch tells the Agent that veteran supercharger car owner and tuner Jim Oddy has sold his “Junkyard Dog” Willys Gasser.

The car with Junior Ward at the wheel has been kicking butt with the Supercharged AA/Gassers of America for the past few years. Even after crashing earlier in the season, Oddy rebuilt the car and Ward drove it to wins in its last two events.

The former Pro Mod guru turned to gassers after his “retirement” and it’s even money that he will have another car ready for the 2019 season.  (Jeff Burk photo)
