Bill Evans was the TAD winner. His Mike Spitzer dragster, which was number 1 qualifier at 5.346/268.25, sports a tall (just under the legal height limit) injector scoop also built by Spitzer. The manifold and injector are by Wilson Manifolds. Evans ran 5.645/261.09 in the final round against a slowing Bruce Horner.

Each year the racers flock to Bradenton Motorsports Park for the final big event before the holidays and family obligations take over until January. Held this year on Dec. 6-7, the Snowbird Outlaw Nationals had a wide variety of cars. Here’s a look at some of them.

The twin turbo Camaro of Bill Futch blitzed the 10-5 class with a great 6.604/202.26 to qualify number one and got the final round win over Brad Brand.	Frank Mewsha has a twin-turbo of his own, a Firebird in 10.5 competition.
