TAFC winner Tony Bartone’s Mustang. Bartone, from New York, took the LODRS win at Dallas just two weeks earlier. At Houston he ran 5.587/262.90 to defeat Steve Burck, who went into severe tire shake and pedaled it a couple of times before calling it quits. Bartone had his quickest pass of the weekend and just a bit off low E.T. of the event and the fastest pass of the event.
