Megan Meyer (far lane) got the TAD win over Dan Page.
The Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series concluded at the NFK Spark Plugs NHRA Four-Wide Nationals April 29 at zMax Dragway in in Charlotte, NC.
Megan Meyer, Spring Hill, KS, built a lead from the start and pulled away for Dan Page, Hampstead, NH, for the Top Alcohol Dragster final round win. Meyer registered a victory pass of 5.192 seconds, 276.29 mph, Page came in second at 5.250 seconds, 276.97 mph.
Laris, Raceland, LA, squared off against Larry Roberts of Laurens, SC, in the Top Dragster final round. Laris took the starting line advantage and successfully held off Roberts for the final round victory, running 6.235 seconds, 208.71 mph.
In the Top Sportsman final round, O’Neal, Evansville, IN, gave up the starting line advantage to North Carolina runner, Sandy Wilkins of Mount Ulla. But O’Neal was able to run down Wilkins for the win, finishing at 6.903 seconds, 193.29 mph.
In the Top Alcohol Funny Car final round, DJ Cox Jr, Whiteford, MD, pulled ahead of Annie Whiteley, Grand Junction, CO, but experienced traction issues. Whiteley’s Camaro charged past Cox’s Camaro for the win at 5.467 seconds, 267.59 mph to a 6.296/177.77 for Cox.

Comp Eliminator: Frank Aragona, Dragster, 7.378, 172.83 def. Al Ackerman, Dragster, 7.983, 151.39.
Super Stock: Anthony Bertozzi (near lane), Pontiac Grand Am, 9.411, 110.71 def. Bryan Worner, Chevrolet, Foul - Red Light.
Stock Eliminator: Thomas Fletcher (far lane), Chevy Camaro, 10.228, 117.67 def. James Williamson, Camaro, 11.485, 113.49.
Super Comp: Jonathan Anderson, Dragster, 8.891, 162.78 def. Sherman Adcock, Dragster, 8.880, 166.91.
Super Gas: Ken Griffiths (near lane), Chevy Corvette, 9.884, 152.68 def. Steve Furr, Chevy Camaro, Foul - Red Light.
Top Sportsman: Don O'Neal, Chevrolet (far lane), 6.903, 193.29 def. Sandy Wilkins, Chevy Camaro, 6.627, 208.14.
