Can Anderson and Line regain their winning ways?

Have Anderson and Line been stopped?

What a difference a year makes. Last season the Summit Racing duo of Jason Line and Greg Anderson were winning everything in sight after the change to EFI for the Pro Stocks. Towards the end of the year, others were beginning to catch up, and this season after Line taking the Winternationals and Anderson winning at Phoenix, there have been four different winners in the other six events so far.

Naturally aspirated Pro Stock engines are able to reach peak performance at sea level, and this week’s site, New England Dragway, sits at just 90 feet elevation. Team Summit has capitalized on conditions and been fast in Epping; Line was the pole sitter last year at the New England Nationals, and Anderson holds the track record for speed with a large 214.72 mph pass laid down in 2015.

The New England Nationals will kick off four races in four weekends and the first big stretch of the season.
