The company was founded in 1959 by Walter Weney and then has been run by his sons, the late Scott and now by Michael. On Tuesday, Jan. 8, DRO will begin a look back at the 50 years of the Gatornationals through the lens of photographer Steve Gruenwald. This is Walter at the 1975 Gatornationals.
“The Weney family is grateful and humbled,” said Michael Weney, president of S&W. “It took a lot of blood, sweat and tears from family members and our dedicated group of employees to reach the 60-year milestone. Our past and continued success in commercial manufacturing and the performance racing industry would not be possible without the support of loyal customers, vendors, track owners, promoters and sanctioning bodies.” [01/04/19]

Deep Clean Engine Cleaner from Lucas Oil
Lucas Oil Products, Inc. introduces a new engine cleaner to its lineup, the Deep Clean GDI (Gasoline Direct Injection). This professional grad formula can remove up to half of all valve deposits after one use by using a concentrated solvent and fuel detergent bland. It will clean an engine’s air intake like the runners, ports and valves as well as the turbo. Designed to remedy and prevent problems associated with harmful carbon deposits that rob an engine of performance and fuel economy. Also effective with port fuel injection engines. [01/04/19]
